Both. Reflect is mobile and shop, by appointment only: David can work from your home or from his. Tell him where the car is parked when you get in touch.

Usually, yes. A coating locks in whatever is under it, swirls included, so the paint is polished first. Single-stage correction suits paint with light marring; heavier defects need more work. David looks at the paint before he recommends either.
