Exotic car detailing that takes the time the paint asks for

David Morse treats exotic and collector cars as an art form, working by hand, at your garage or his, until the finish meets his own standard.

Why does time matter more than speed?

David describes his work as more of an art form than "cleaning cars," and on exotic and collector cars that attitude is practical. Thin edges, rare trim and expensive paint reward patience and punish shortcuts. A job rushed to fit a schedule is where missed spots, scratches and swirled panels begin, so David does not work to one.

David Morse is the only person who touches your car. Reflect has been solo owned and operated since 2019, with no crew waiting on him to finish and move to the next vehicle. The job ends when he is satisfied with the finish, not when a clock runs out, and that is the standard he holds the work to.

Why hand methods suit soft paint

Many exotics wear soft clear coat that marks at the first grit it meets. Automatic washes, brushes and a shared drying towel are out of the question. David washes by hand with clean mitts and fresh towels, one panel at a time, so dirt is never dragged across paint that has already been finished.

When the finish has swirls or haze, he polishes them out with the gentlest pad and polish that will do the job, usually starting with a single-stage pass, and goes deeper only where the paint calls for it. Protection comes after: ceramic coating from System-X, CeramicPro or IGL, which can last up to five years in Florida sun and salt air.

Detailing in the owner's own garage

Most exotic cars live in a garage, so that is where much of the work happens. He comes to your home, sets up beside the car, and works out of the Florida sun in your own garage. There is no trailer ride and no drop-off, and the car never leaves the place it is kept.

Reflect is mobile and shop, by appointment only, so a visit to David's shop is also an option if you would rather. He serves Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth and the rest of Palm Beach County. Call or text (561) 827-8663 with the year, make and model, and David will reply himself.
